VOLUNTEERS
The success of this event is only possible because of the generous time and dedication of our many volunteers. We
are still in need of more volunteers to help us on the day of the race as well as the days leading up to it.
For a list of volunteer assignments and to sign up kindly visit this page. Feel free to invite your friends and family to
help out. You can let them know that aside from the great fun and satisfaction they will experience, all volunteers will
also receive an event T-shirt, cap, and lunch. Please read the position descriptions carefully and email us if you have
any questions. Some of the jobs have more responsibility, and require equipment or stronger involvement / time
commitment prior to the event day. Thank you and please send us any suggestions you may have!

Teams check in: 8:00 AM
All hands meeting: 8:30 AM
Final tech inspection: 9:00 AM
Practice & Qualifying: 9:30 AM
First race begins: 12:30 PM
Awards Ceremony: 3:30 PM
* Lunch for teams and volunteers: 11:00 AM
